Refunds, Returns & Terms of Service Policy

geo&j will accept refunds or replacement requests if any product is returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

Simply contact us with your order number and email used for your order to initiate a return. We will process your refund after we receive the returned product, provided it is returned within 14 days of purchase.

If the packaging of the hair mask is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs, so you'll need to pay for postage. We recommend that you package the product appropriately and use a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

If your product has arrived damaged and you would like to initiate a return, please contact us and provide details and photos of the damages. Please include your order number and email used for your order. It's your decision whether we refund your money or send you another package!
